More espresso
less depresso.

About us

Started with one shared pot of coffee.

Thru Cafe opened in 2025 out of a converted print shop, with one roaster, one espresso machine, and a simple idea: buy better beans, roast them honestly, and don't overcomplicate the cup.

That hasn't changed. We still cup every new lot before it goes on the menu, we still bake in-house before sunrise, and we still know most of our regulars by their order.

Direct trade

Beans sourced from named farms, not brokers.

Roasted weekly

Small batches so nothing sits on a shelf.

Made to order

Every cup and pastry, prepared when you ask for it.
